How do I place an order?

You can place orders by calling one of our FP experts, available every weekday from 7 AM to 5 PM at (+31) 18 461 650.


What is the delivery time of my order?
For regular delivery outside the country, the delivery time is 3-4 working days, while for expedited delivery, it is 2-3 working days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, this is possible. Please consider powder coating or shipping of the products. Always call to check the status of your order.

What are the shipping terms?

Shipping cost depends on weight and delivery location. Please inquire about conditions.


Do you also deliver on Saturdays?

Our delivery days are from Monday to Friday. For special requests, please contact us at: (+31) 18 461 650.



What is the delivery time for coated products?

For screws in color: ordered before 12 PM, normal delivery time applies


What is the minimum quantity for powder coating?

Coating is done per packaging unit.
